The Ladakhi Way After-School Program is a culturally rooted initiative designed for students in grades 5 to 12. It combines experiential learning with traditional knowledge, using the village as a learning lab and local elders and youth as facilitators. Through hands-on activities, community engagement, and creative projects, the program fosters critical thinking, communication skills, and a deep connection to Ladakh’s heritage—empowering learners to grow with confidence and purpose.
